From 28 to 30 November 2025, Spumanti dell’Etna returns—an entire weekend devoted to discovering, exploring, and tasting the classic‑method bubbles produced on the volcano.

Now in its seventh edition, the event has become a benchmark for promoting the region and showcasing a production that stands among the most refined and promising expressions of Sicily’s wine scene. In recent years, Etna sparkling wines have steadily gained ground in the national market, attracting the interest of consumers, industry professionals, enthusiasts, and the specialized press.

The 2025 edition spans three days of meetings and tastings, featuring guided tours of the vineyards and cellars to experience the places of production firsthand; in‑depth masterclasses led by experts and sommeliers; and a grand closing evening on Sunday, 30 November, set against the prestigious Baroque backdrop of Palazzo Biscari in Catania.

During the final night, guests will taste classic‑method Etna sparkling wines presented directly by their producers and paired with dishes by top chefs, for a sensory journey that unites terroir, gastronomic excellence, and the art of perlage.
