In June 2025, the Spumanti dell’Etna Association will be busy with a packed calendar of national and regional events celebrating the classic-method sparkling wines made on our volcano. Through prestigious gatherings, themed tastings and the next stops on our Sicilian roadshow, we’ll bring Etna’s bubbles directly to wine lovers everywhere.

L’Aquila (June 21–23)
We kick off at Abruzzo in Bolla—Italy’s premier sparkling-wine showcase—where we’ll present a carefully chosen lineup of Etna labels, underlining the growing standing of our wines on the national stage.

Milan (June 24, 6:30 PM)
At “Il Ristorante,” first floor of Mercato Centrale Milano, we’ll host an open tasting for journalists, trade professionals and enthusiasts. In this lively urban setting, we’ll demonstrate the verticality and finesse of Etna’s bubbles.

Rome (June 25, 6:30 PM)
Next stop is Mashroom in the San Paolo district: a dynamic, forward-thinking venue that’s perfect for an audience eager to explore new expressions of Italian wine.

Meanwhile, our Sicilian roadshow—launched May 6 in Enna—continues to take Etna’s sparkling wines to some of the island’s most evocative spots:

• Comiso (June 24)
  An elegant aperitif at Tocco d’Oro, crafted by Chef Riccardo Cilia.

• Gela (June 28, from 6:30 PM)
  A relaxed tasting at Vela Club, set against a dramatic seaside backdrop.

• Catania (June 28, 8:30 PM)
  A dinner-tasting at Osteria Bavetta, by Chef Marco Cannizzaro, pairing gourmet dishes with a broad selection of Etna’s finest bubbles.

• Sciacca (June 29)
  An evening among the evocative Antiche Grotte del Caricatore, where wine, history and landscape intertwine.

• Palermo (June 30)
  Our first-half finale at White Summer – Gambero Rosso Academy, Palermo Marina Yachting – Molo Trapezoidale, featuring an association tasting table spotlighting our top labels.

Born in 2018 and formalized in 2022, the Spumanti dell’Etna Association continues its mission to build a sparkling-wine culture rooted in our unique terroir, promoting in harmony the member wineries that keep the classic-method tradition alive on the slopes of Etna.
